Job Summary  

This remote role supports Global EDC Solutions tasks within a project team, focused on documentation and validation work. As an Associate Validator II, you will handle contractual and validation documents, along with validation test scripts. You will assist with document creation, printing, and tracking, while following Fortrea's SOPs and GCP guidelines. The role also involves maintaining validation metrics and ensuring high quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Receive, log, and scan contractual and validation documentation.

  • Support project teams with validation tasks as needed.

  • Assist with creating, producing, printing, and tracking study documents.

  • Create and run validation test scripts, and document the results.

  • Maintain high quality standards across all documentation work.

  • Prioritize tasks to meet required completion dates.

  • Help maintain accurate validation metrics.

  • Follow Fortrea's SOPs and project specific guidelines closely.

  • Work within Quality Management and GCP or ICH frameworks.

  • Maintain accurate records of all completed work.

  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Educational Qualification 

  • A university or college degree in life sciences, health sciences, information technology, or a related field.

  • A certification in allied health professions from an accredited institution is also accepted.

Skills Required 

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in CDM and EDC testing, with hands on expertise in Rave and Veeva.

  • English fluency spans both. Spoken communication.

  • Work is approached neatly methodically and thoroughly.

  • Strong concentration ensures high quality standards are met.

  • Self motivation drives the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills enable work well within a team.

  • Flexibility allows shift based hours as required.
