Job Summary 

This is a remote job that supports customers in Maharashtra and Goa. You will report to the Regional Manager, West. As a Clinical Application Specialist you will use your knowledge and sales skills in Histopathology, IHC and Digital Pathology. You will walk customers through product demos, training and technical help. This role also requires meeting sales targets and growing market share in your region.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide application aid across Histopathology, IHC, Digital Pathology, IVD and RUO products.

  • Guide customers through training, troubleshooting and technical consultations.

  • Support workflow optimization through scientific discussions with pathologists and lab professionals.

  • Plan and run product demonstrations, workshops and scientific meetings.

  • Lead customer education programs, exhibitions and Proof of Principle activities.

  • Identify sales opportunities to meet assigned targets.

  • Support revenue growth, support market share expansion support customer adoption efforts.

  • Keep a sales funnel keep CRM records updated.

  • Prepare activity reports, document key customer interactions.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing and regional application teams.

  • Help resolve issues gather useful market intelligence.

  • Support customer relationships, support informed business decisions.

Educational Qualification 

Bachelors or Masters degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pathology or a related field.

Skills Required 

  • Three to five years of experience in Histopathology, IHC, Pathology Applications or Diagnostic Sales.

  • Strong knowledge of pathology workflows and antibody‑based diagnostic assays.

  • Comfortable with customer‑facing application support and product demonstrations.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Willingness to travel 60 to 80 percent within the assigned territory.

  • Experience with cancer diagnostics or companion diagnostics is a plus.

  • Prior experience in an application or technical sales role is helpful.
