Job Summary 

The Clinical Support Specialist helps the teams that work on research by providing help with the work and the daily tasks. The focus is on helping with the work related to the places where the research happens and the contracts. The job includes organizing the documents for the projects keeping track of the progress checking the dates and times handling the files and helping with checking the quality. The specialist works with people from areas keeps track of what needs to be done and what could go wrong helps with checking the work and uses computers and reports to help make the work better organized more accurate and done on time.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Help with the work that is needed in the areas.

  • Manage the documents, the messages and the follow-ups for the projects.

  • Keep the shared emails. The project files organized.

  • Keep track of the tasks the dates and the schedule for the project.

  • Keep track of how much work's being done what the project includes and how many hours are being used.

  • Tell the people when there are problems or issues.

  • Follow the rules and instructions that're in place.
