 Job Summary  

This job helps the Clinical Trial Lead and Clinical Trial Manager with work on trials, based in Bengaluru. As a Clinical Trial Specialist you will help start, run and finish types of drug trials. You will work with teams and people from around the world to make sure everything runs smoothly following rules and standards all the way.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Help with daily trial work making sure projects meet their goals and deadlines.

  • Follow GCP, ICH and other rules during every part of the trial.

  • Make sure all trial information is correct and up to date in the systems used.

  • Give updates to the trial team and other important people.

  • Help plan the trial and set up systems to keep everything quality at all sites and with all data.

  • Take part in checking if sites can do the trial and keep data up to date.

  • Help set up and manage companies and people working on the trial.

  • Assist create and keep the Trial Master File complete and correct.

  • Take part in meetings with the trial team. Handle related papers.

  • Help clean and check data when needed.

  • Help organize training for doctors and site monitors.

  • Help with strategies that focus on patients for the trials you are working on.

  • Follow all rules GCP rules and the companys standards during the trial process.

 Educational Qualification 

A BA or BS degree with least 3 years of experience in clinical trials or an advanced degree like MS, PhD or PharmD with at least 2 years of experience.

 Skills Required 

  • Knowledge on ICH and GCP rules and other rules that apply.

  • Understand how to design a trial and how drug development works.

  • Have skills in managing projects and leading trials.

  • Be good at talking and working with others writing and speaking well.

  • Have skills with computers and administration.

  • Be ready to travel 25 percent of the time.
