Job Summary
This remote job helps client business operations by making sure work is done with high quality and on time. As a Data Analyst you will use analytical skills and problem solving abilities to handle operational work. You will work with the Senior Data Analyst and the Operations Delivery Lead to complete set processes. The job also includes working with people often in different time zones to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Clearly explain the business rules, data and procedures of the client.
Perform processes and suggest ways to make them better.
Help with process improvements along with the Senior Data Analyst and the Delivery Lead.
Keep up to date with tools and methods to improve daily work.
Develop an understanding of operational data, tools and technology.
Grow your knowledge over time. Use it on real projects.
Check the quality and validity of all completed work.
Follow the procedures quality checks and rules for each client.
Work with people in time zones to meet deadlines.
Help engineering teams by testing updated processes.
Handle tasks at once to deliver good results.
Work with teams to add value to the whole company.
Keep track of tasks that come up during projects.
Do research and help answer client questions when needed.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Skills Required
1 - 2 years of experience using data tools such as SQL.
Strong attention to detail and a quality focused mindset.
Experience in pharma, managed markets, or analytics consulting is an advantage.
Experience working with teams across different time zones.
Experience providing results to clients either inside or outside the company.
Some experience with product development or operations is a benefit.
Familiarity with the US healthcare system is helpful. Not required.
Salary Structure
The typical salary for a Data Analyst at Precision Medicine Group is between around ₹4.6 Lakhs to ₹6.0 Lakhs per year.
