 Job Summary  

This job is located in Navi Mumbai. Is ideal for people who have up to 2 years of experience in clinical trial monitoring. As an Experienced Clinical Research Associate you will visit sites, check source data and help with safety reviews. You will work closely with investigators, site staff and coordinators to make sure trials run well. The role follows ICH guidelines throughout the entire trial process.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Visit sites to check if they are ready start the process monitor regularly and close the site.

  • Check source data against the information in the Case Report Forms.

  • Follow Good Documentation Practices. Find any protocol deviations.

  • Stay in contact with Principal Investigators, coordinators and site staff.

  • Check if participants meet the eligibility criteria and look at the binders.

  • Watch for events and serious adverse events at the study sites.

  • Help with safety reviews during the trial.

  • Keep site visit reports and monitoring records.

  • Make sure all site activities follow the approved protocol and GCP.

  • Help build relationships between sites and the study team.

 Educational Qualification 

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health or life-science-related field, such as Pharmacy, Nursing or Biotechnology.

 Skills Required 

  • Up to 2 years of experience in research or trial monitoring.

  • Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and clinical trial processes.

  • High attention to detail especially when checking source data.

  • Good communication skills to work with investigators and site teams.

  • Strong organizational skills to handle site visits and paperwork.

  • Ready to travel when needed for site monitoring visits.
