 Job Summary 

The Pharmacovigilance Operations Manager leads safety case work at Amgen in Hyderabad. This is an on site role. You will make sure adverse event cases are handled well and on time. You will guide vendors, train teams and support audits and inspections. You will also track quality and share reports to keep the safety system strong and ready for review.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the processing of safety cases so they are correct and on time.

  • Make sure case timelines for intake, review and submission are met.

  • Manage day to day work with vendors and other business partners.

  • Give vendors the training and resources they need to do their job.

  • Assign tasks to team members and support staff management.

  • Check case quality and study trends in quality results.

  • Share reports on quality findings and keep them saved properly.

  • Prepare and share performance numbers like volumes and turnaround times.
