The role
We are looking for a B2B Sales & Partnerships Lead to aggressively onboard employers onto Jobslly.in. You will build the employer acquisition engine from the ground up, pitch our 1M+ candidate database to Talent Acquisition leaders, and build a high-performing B2B sales team. This is a rare 0→1 revenue leadership opportunity with real ownership and uncapped upside.
What you'll do
Acquire & Onboard: Identify, pitch, and close employer clients—pharma companies, CROs, KPOs, GCCs, and hospitals—to post jobs and hire through Jobslly.in.
Build the Engine: Set up the end-to-end B2B Lead Gen Funnel, outbound sales processes, and CRM workflows.
Scale the Team: Hire, train, and lead a team of B2B sales executives and account managers; set and hit aggressive revenue and employer-acquisition targets.
Own the Metrics: Drive the numbers that matter: qualified leads, employer sign-ups, active job postings, and platform revenue.
What you bring
5-10+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally selling HR-tech, job board subscriptions, or staffing solutions in the healthcare/pharma space.
A "black book" of existing relationships with HR heads and TA leaders in the pharma and healthcare ecosystem (strong plus).
A track record of personally closing B2B deals and hitting revenue targets; experience managing a sales team is preferred.
A builder's mindset—comfortable creating sales processes, scripts, and pipelines from scratch.
Graduate; MBA or a life-science background is a plus.
