 Job Summary 

This job is located in Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru. Has a rotating shift schedule. As a Sample Handling Assistant I, you will handle data entry and process requests received from teams in areas. Your job will include entering information and finishing batches within set times. After you finish training, you will be able to do the accessioning process on your own, following company rules and procedures at every step.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Enter personal and administrative information from requests accurately and on time.

  • Finish batches based on how urgent they're how quickly they need to be done.

  • Do accessioning and data entry tasks while being guided by a trainer.

  • Work on accessioning tasks on your own after finishing the training.

  • Make sure all the batches you get are processed within the expected time.

  • Keep a record of what you do each day.

  • Help with on-call and after-hours work when needed.

  • Follow the right rules and procedures on time.

  • Follow all company rules, procedures and department guidelines closely.

  • Finish all training that is needed and keep your training records up to date.

  • Keep records for future use.

  • Work well in a team setting.

  • Suggest ways to improve department processes.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Science.

  • A Master's degree in Science is preferred.

 Skills Required 

  • 6 months of experience in the clinical research industry is preferred.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well with others in a team.

  • Willingness to work in shifts that rotate, including on call when needed.
