 Job Summary 

This role sits within Clarios Specialty Solutions and Clinical Adjudication team, based in Bangalore. As a Solutions Design Analyst, you will act as a bridge between requirements and technology design. Your work will focus on translating clinical trial needs into scalable system solutions. The role also involves collaboration with sponsors, project teams and technical stakeholders throughout the study lifecycle.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the contact between sponsors, project teams and technical stakeholders.

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops to understand protocol goals and study workflows.

  • Manage the Solutions Design process from requirements to system configuration.

  • Prepare business requirements, functional specifications and design documentation.

  • Support client meetings by explaining solution capabilities and recommendations.

  • Maintain study specific configuration and design specifications.

  • Analyze workflow and data requirements to keep systems accurate.

  • Coordinate with translation and licensing teams for content implementation.

  • Support validation and quality review activities to resolve design issues.

  • Work with functional teams to identify root causes and improvements.

  • Drive process improvements across documentation and solution delivery practices.

  • Partner with Clinical Project Managers to align business needs with system solutions.

  • Take part in design reviews, workshops and key milestone meetings.

  • Represent Solutions Design during client audits explaining methods and best practices.

  • Support business opportunities by reviewing protocols and feasibility.

  • Configure clinical technology platforms based on approved specifications.

 Educational Qualification 

BSc, MSc or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

 Skills Required 

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Clinical Research Associate, Project Manager or similar role.

  • Strong experience. Managing business and system requirements.

  • Good understanding of research and eClinical technologies.

  • Experience with eCOA, ePRO IRT slash RTSM, eConsent or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Genuine interest in improving trials through smart technology use.

 Salary Structure
