 Job Summary 

This position is located in Noida. Focuses on regulatory informatics and dossier publishing support. As a Specialist you will aid Modules 1 to 5 for document types and Health Authority regions. You will assist with publishing, dossier compilation and post-publishing tasks for global submissions. The role needs knowledge of eCTD processes and a willingness to work in CET or US shift hours.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and keep client relationships and notice chances to give more support.

  • Support regulatory processes for dossier Modules 1 to 5.

  • Manage document types for different Health Authority regions.

  • Support pre publishing, compilation, publishing and post publishing tasks.

  • Provide help for informatics‑related Health Authority initiatives.

  • Use knowledge of US and EU eCTD submissions for all types.

  • Work confidently with Veeva tools for publishing tasks.

  • Stay flexible to work in CET or US shift timings as required.

 Educational Qualification 

A B.Pharm degree is required, M.Pharm degree would be preferred.

 Skills Required 

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Must have experience in submission publishing.

  • Must have experience with US publishing processes.

  • Prefer experience using Veeva tools Veeva Publishing.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in submission work.

  • Willingness to work in shifts if the role requires it.
