 Job Summary  

This role sits within Medical Affairs, Orthopedics, based in BKC, Mumbai. As an AGM level Medical Advisor and MSL, you will combine scientific engagement with medical support for orthopedics brands. Your work will include KOL interactions, medical education, and advisory board activities. The role also involves supporting clinical initiatives and developing scientific content, working closely with cross functional teams across the organization.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead KOL engagement and scientific exchange within orthopedics.

  • Provide medical and scientific support for assigned orthopedics brands.

  • Organize medical education programs and advisory board activities.

  • Support clinical initiatives alongside cross functional project teams.

  • Develop and review scientific content for internal and external use.

  • Build strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and key opinion leaders.

  • Support strategic medical planning within the orthopedics therapy area.

  • Represent the medical affairs function in relevant scientific discussions.

 Educational Qualification 

  • MBBS with an MD degree recognised by National Medical Commission (earlier, Medical Council of India)

 Skills Required 

  • Ten or more years of experience in medical affairs, ideally within orthopedics.

  • Strong understanding of medical advisor and MSL responsibilities.

  • Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong relationship building skills with doctors and key opinion leaders.

  • Good understanding of clinical research and medical education practices.

  • Ability to manage cross functional collaboration effectively.

  • Strong leadership skills, suited to an AGM level role.
