 Job Summary 

This is an entry-level position located in Hyderabad for graduates or early-career professionals who want to get into consulting in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. As an Associate Consultant you will assist in the onboarding and configuration of Medical Affairs Applications to company needs. The role will also need troubleshooting application related issues, maintaining documentation, provide support for end user training, working with senior consultants, developers and stakeholders to achieve project deadlines. You may also support system validation operations such as IQ, OQ, PQ and MQ for drug safety systems and prepare validation documentation.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and configuration of Medical Affairs Applications to the stated business needs.

  • Provide customer support in debugging Medical Affairs software.

  • First Level Support via the SCIMAX Support Desk for clients reporting application problems.

  • Create and manage documentation including user guides, process flows, application configuration data.

  • Work with senior consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to support project delivery and timetables.

  • Assist in the development of training materials and delivery of training to end users.

  • Support system validation tasks; IQ, OQ, PQ and MQ for drug safety solutions.

  • Assist in the preparation and contribution of validation documentation for quality assurance activity.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology or equivalent discipline.

 Required Skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Good skills in critical thinking and problem solving.

  • Strong organizing and attention to detail skills.

  • Able to do a number of jobs correctly.

 Salary Structure
