Job Summary 

The Clinical Data Analyst in CPS Data Management helps trial data by checking, cleaning, writing and keeping study information very good. The job includes checking data spotting errors handling questions fixing mismatches and supporting database work. The Clinical Data Analyst works with teams to make sure data are accurate, complete, consistent and ready for inspection while following study rules, quality standards and laws.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Check data and find mistakes, missing parts and differences.

  • Help data and manage questions during studies.

  • Review outside data to make sure they are complete, correct and consistent.

  • Help match data from sources and systems.

  • Keep study documents up to date following set procedures.

  • Aid database. Data‑management steps.

  • Track data. Share findings with study team.

  • Work with data, programming, operations and other teams.

  • Follow study plans, SOPs, quality rules and regulations.

  • Help deliver databases on time and with quality.

  • Help keep data ready for inspection and overall integrity.

  • Join process improvement and quality activities.

Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biotechnology or another relevant healthcare/scientific discipline.

  • A postgraduate degree in an area may help.

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in research, data management or pharma development is preferred.

  • Knowing how clinical trials work and data management basics is useful.

Skills Required 

  • Good grasp of trial data and data‑management steps.

  • Skill at reviewing data and fixing differences.

  • Know how to use electronic data capture and trial databases.

  • Pay attention to details and keep data accurate.

  • Think analytically. Solve problems.
