 Job Summary 

The Clinical Data Coordinator helps with activities related to managing data. The person keeps study data up to date looks at third-party information finds differences and helps fix data issues. The role includes helping with eCRF maintenance, data validation plans, study procedures, data reconciliation and study metrics. Coordinators work with data scientists, project teams, managers and other people to keep data quality high solve questions find the reasons behind problems and finish assigned work on time.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Help the Data Management Study Lead with eCRF maintenance and study-specific documents.

  • Help with Data Validation Specifications and Study Specific Procedures.

  • Check third-party data according to the plans made for reviews.

  • Do data reconciliation. Find any problems or differences.

  • Look into data issues. Suggest solutions.

  • Find the causes of problems. Help fix them.

  • Keep track of study and task metrics. Tell people about progress.

  • Handle clear, accurate and relevant data questions.

  • Work with data scientists, project teams and managers.

  • Keep study documents help with project work.

  • Make sure the work is done on time and follows quality standards.

  • Help with clinical research programs when needed.

 Educational Qualification 

  • A Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy or a similar field.

  • Experience in data management is needed for the position at all levels.

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in core Clinical Data Management.

  • Knowing about research and the processes in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies is a plus.

 Skills Required 

  • Basics of Clinical Data Management.

  • Understanding of reviewing and reconciling trial data.

  • Experience with Medidata Rave, Veeva EDC, Oracle Clinical, REDCap RCC or similar systems.

  • Knowing eCRFs and data validation steps.

  • Good analytical and solving problems skills, Accurate with data.

  • Ability to find differences and look into the reasons behind them.

  • Good writing and speaking skills.

  • Working well with teams.

  • Ability to handle tasks in a busy place.

  • Knowing about ICH-GCP and rules for research is helpful.

 Salary Breakdown by Level 

  • Clinical Data Coordinator I / Entry Level: ₹4.2 Lakhs – ₹5.5 Lakhs per year.

  • Clinical Data Coordinator II: ₹5.4 Lakhs – ₹7.9 Lakhs per year.

  • Senior Clinical Data Coordinator: ₹11.8 Lakhs – ₹13.0 Lakhs per year (experienced professionals can earn up to ₹15 Lakhs+ per year).
