 Job Summary 

Medpace is looking for an experienced Clinical Line Manager for CRAs in Navi Mumbai. You will lead the clinical monitoring team in India and work closely with senior leaders. You will hire, train, and guide CRAs so they meet their monitoring duties. This is a great chance to build your own team and grow your career further in clinical research.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage a team of Clinical Research Associates.

  • Hire, train, and develop CRAs.

  • Guide CRAs so they meet their core monitoring duties.

  • Track CRA workload and give out study assignments.

  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Monitoring.

  • Work with regional and local operations teams.

  • Mentor CRAs and keep monitoring quality high.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related health subject.

  • 6 to 8 years in clinical research, including 4 to 5 years as a CRA and some experience in leading or mentoring a team.

 Skills Required 

  • Strong experience as a CRA in clinical trial monitoring.

  • Past experience in mentoring or leading a team.

  • Good knowledge of ICH GCP and clinical trial rules.

  • Clear speaking and writing in English.

  • Good planning and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to train and mentor others.

  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and global teams.
