Job Summary
A full-time, office-based Clinical Research Project Coordinator (For Freshers) position is being offered within the Clinical Trial Management team in Navi Mumbai, India. Important clinical research activities and projects will be carried out in collaboration with team members to support the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day activities related to clinical trial management and study coordination.
Collaborate closely with the Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to complete recurring tasks accurately and within established timelines.
Prepare, update, and maintain project-specific status reports and tracking documents.
Maintain the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) by updating study milestones, enrollment forecasts, and related information.
Manage the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and conduct regular quality checks to ensure document completeness and accuracy.
Assist the Clinical Trial Manager in developing study plans, operational documents, and study-specific guidance materials.
Coordinate site feasibility activities, support site activation preparations, and assist with clinical trial supply management.
Communicate effectively with regional cross-functional teams, vendors, sponsors, and other study stakeholders to support smooth trial execution.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline is required.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of clinical research projects, with the ability to coordinate and contribute effectively to internal and external meetings and conference calls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, Excel, and Windows, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Salary Structure
At Medpace Clinical Research India in Navi Mumbai, a fresher (0-1 year experience) Clinical Project Coordinator typically earns an annual total compensation package ranging from ₹3.5 Lakh to ₹5.5 Lakh.
