Job Summary  

This role is for a full-time, office-based Clinical Project Coordinator in the Clinical Trial Management team in Navi Mumbai. You will help run clinical trials day-to-day and work closely with the Clinical Trial Manager. The role covers status reports, project timelines, and meeting notes. It also requires regular contact with sponsors, study sites, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Help manage clinical trial work on a day-to-day basis.

  • Work closely with the Clinical Trial Manager to deliver tasks on time and with high accuracy.

  • Prepare and maintain project status reports.

  • Update the clinical trial management system with study milestones and enrollment data.

  • Create and maintain project timelines.

  • Keep in touch with sponsors, study sites, and internal team members.

  • Set up project meetings and write clear meeting notes.

  • Support the team in reaching project goals.

Educational Qualification 

  • A bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related health field is usually needed.

Skills Required 

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.

  • Good written and spoken English.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

  • Clear communication with sponsors, sites, and team members.
