 Job Summary  

This on site role is based in Mumbai and is on a third party payroll (an arrangement where you work daily at a client company, but an outside staffing or payroll agency is your official, legal employer). As a Clinical Research Coordinator, Dental you will be responsible, for running care clinical trials from beginning to end. You will screen people who take part in the trials gather information and help follow ethics and GCP rules. The job includes working in the office contacting vendors and making sure the clinic is prepared for audits.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Help run internal and external clinical studies from start to finish.

  • Find, screen, and enroll suitable study participants as per the study plan.

  • Support the informed consent process under the guidance of the Principal Investigator.

  • Watch study participants and report side effects or protocol issues quickly.

  • Store, track, and hand out clinical test products safely.

  • Enter study data accurately into case report forms and electronic data systems.

  • Help prepare clinical trial data and documents for reports and presentations.

  • Raise purchase orders, track study invoices, and help with budget tracking.

  • Help prepare clinical trial agreements, service contracts, and confidentiality agreements.

  • Stay in touch with vendors and suppliers so research supplies arrive on time.

  • Keep clinic rooms and testing equipment in working order as per SOPs.

  • Keep the site ready for audits and inspections at all times.

  • Maintain Trial Master Files and coordinate ethics committee submissions.

  • Work with teams across research and business units.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) from a recognized institution.

 Skills Required 

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in active clinical dental practice.

  • Interest in dental research. Past exposure to clinical trials or research projects is a big plus.

  • Knowledge of ethics rules, IEC and IRB processes, and GCP standards.

  • Good organizing skills for office work, facility upkeep, and audit readiness.

  • Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work well with teams from different fields.

  • Comfort using electronic data systems and common software.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 10 percent of the time.
