Job Summary
This role is based in Mumbai within Iterative Health India. As a clinical research coordinator, the CRC will help manage the day‑to‑day tasks of trials and give care to study participants. You will work with investigators, sponsors, and research teams to make sure study plans and rules are followed. The role demands organization, careful attention to detail, and a clear focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities
Run trial activities according to the study plans ICH GCP, CDSCO rules, ICMR ethics guidelines, and site SOPs.
Help with finding people to take part in the study, checking if they meet the rules, signing them up, setting up visits, and staying in touch afterward.
Give support from the center to research places, including filling out papers, setting up times, and handling data.
Do the visits that the plan says are needed while making sure the people are safe.
Keep the informed consent according to the study and the place's rules.
Get ready. Send lab samples as the plan says.
Keep the records, the official documents, the CTMS updates, and the eCRFs correct and up to date.
Put the study data into EDC systems. Help fix any problems with the data as fast as possible.
Take care of the records for the medicines used in the study and the supplies for the study.
Work with investigators, sponsors, CROs, central labs, and internal teams.
Support study startup, site activation, and document collection.
Check study documents for accuracy and readiness for inspections.
Prepare for sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm or PharmD), nursing, biotechnology, allied health sciences, or a related science field.
Skills Required
1 - 3 years of experience in research, healthcare, or hospital work is required.
Good knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and Indian clinical research rules,
Working experience with multiple research sites or central clinical operations is preferred.
A good understanding of clinical trial paperwork and clinical trial workflows is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Clear spoken and written English is required.
Good interpersonal skills to work with participants, investigators, and sponsors are essential.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required.
Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, eSource, or EMR systems is preferred.
The ability to lift up to ten kilograms and move around for periods is required.
