About the Role

Company Overview

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology giant has been around for decades now. It operates more than 150 countries changing lives. Medtronic has a portfolio covering cardiac area, neurology, surgical technologies, diabetes management, and other therapy areas.

In India, Medtronic works with hospitals. They balance modern treatment access with operations. See, a device is only useful if clinicians trust it. They must understand it, and use it seamlessly while practising. That gap between technology and real-world adoption is where roles like this become important.

Are you looking for clinical specialist jobs in Mumbai? Then, this job opening is less “desk-based corporate healthcare” and more field-facing clinical coordination. You are not expected to sit behind reports all day. You become part of the support layer around the product, helping clinicians, assisting the sales side when needed, handling practical queries, and making sure the product experience feels reliable once it reaches hospitals.

Medtronic also tends to hire people who can grow into larger responsibilities over time. Many senior clinical application specialists and regional trainers started in entry-level support positions exactly like this one. The company’s structure is large, but the work itself is surprisingly hands-on at the beginning. That matters for candidates who learn faster through exposure rather than theory alone.
