 Job Summary  

This role sits within the MACR business unit, based at Sun House, Mumbai. As a Data Coordinator, you will support clinical data management activities across assigned studies. Your work will include preparing start up documents, running UAT checks, and managing discrepancies. The role also involves supporting SAE reconciliation, database lock activities, and maintaining accurate data management documentation throughout each project.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and review start up documents, including eCRF guidelines and DMP.

  • Prepare the SAE reconciliation plan and Clinical Coding Plan.

  • Prepare the Edit Specification Document, Test Plan, and Data Entry Guideline.

  • Support screen design UAT and edit checks UAT within the CDMS.

  • Manage discrepancies and support clinical data query resolution.

  • Support the Data Manager during URS review for IWRS systems.

  • Ensure timely completion of SAE reconciliation activities.

  • Ensure timely completion of closeout activities, including database lock.

  • Prepare and update the Master Data Management File for completeness.

  • Prepare and review Data Management Reports.

  • Check data entry accuracy and raise queries for incorrect or unusual data.

  • Support quality control of the Trial Master File, keeping it audit ready.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Pharmacy or Science postgraduate degree preferred.

 Skills Required 

  • More than 5 years of experience in clinical data management within pharma or CRO settings.

  • Experience developing data management documents and validation plans.

  • Hands on experience with screen UAT and edit check UAT.

  • Strong understanding of clinical data query management processes.

  • Good knowledge of Master Data Management and eTMF quality control.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
