 Job Summary  

This role focuses on performing a Lead Data Manager function across clinical trial projects, based in Bangalore. As a Data Management Associate II, you will oversee data management deliverables and coordinate closely with study stakeholders to meet timelines. Your work will include query resolution, data reconciliation, and cross functional reviews. The role also involves training site personnel and supporting overall data quality throughout each study.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and drive data management deliverables for assigned clinical trial projects.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.

  • Perform user acceptance testing for the study database.

  • Manage query generation and resolution throughout the study.

  • Perform SAE reconciliation, along with lab and vendor data reconciliation.

  • Conduct manual review of data, Pinnacle 21 checks, and smart listings.

  • Assess the impact of post production changes on the database, working with the database programmer.

  • Take part in the review of cross functional procedures.

  • Provide training to site personnel, in person or through electronic meetings.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.

 Skills Required 

  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in clinical data management.

  • Strong understanding of data reconciliation and query management processes.

  • Good knowledge of tools like Pinnacle 21 for data checks.

  • Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders and site personnel.

  • Ability to lead data management deliverables independently.

  • Good understanding of database structures and post production changes.
