 Job Summary 

The ESR Associate Specialist supports Externally Sponsored Research in the Business Operations team in Hyderabad. You will check research requests, review study budgets, and keep records correct in the ESR system. You will work with managers and teams across the world and follow set rules. This role suits people with 1 to 3 years of clinical trial and operations experience.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Help review fair market value of study payments and compare them with set benchmarks.

  • Review study budgets from outside sponsors and tell ESR Managers about any gaps.

  • Check ESR requests in the system to make sure all papers are complete, correct, and follow the rules.

  • Support ESR Managers in tracking studies from start to close in the ESR and FMV system.

  • Help with tasks like contracts, supply, payments, rules papers, and reports.

  • Do quality checks to keep data correct.

  • Answer process questions and pass hard ones to the ESR Manager.

  • Track project goals and raise issues early with ideas to fix them.

  • Work closely with teams and stakeholders across Sanofi.

  • Suggest ways to improve work steps.

 Educational Qualification 

A degree in Medical, Pharma, Science, or a related Life Science subject.

 Skills Required 

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in clinical trials or clinical operations.

  • Basic knowledge of medical systems.

  • Knowledge of medical programs and GxP is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Having good knowledge of tools like Smartsheet and Power BI.

  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Strong communication and creative thinking.

  • Ability to handle many projects in a fast paced setting.
