 Job Summary  

This is a field based role covering the North and West regions of India, within Haleon's Medical Affairs team. As an Expert Medical Science Liaison, you will build strong ties with doctors and medical experts. You will share science in a non promotional way, gather insights from doctors, and teach internal teams. The role supports clinical trials and investigator work.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Build plans that link Medical Affairs with the core business needs in India.

  • Teach key partners about product science and how products are used in India.

  • Coach teams on specific issues and activities.

  • Help line managers and leaders solve queries and issues.

  • Advise business leaders on medical topics.

  • Work with local medical associations, for example on creating and sharing guidelines.

  • Represent Haleon at local events such as CMEs, train the trainer sessions, and advisory boards.

  • Collect insights from doctors through regular meetings and surveys.

  • Build a strong network of key opinion leaders.

  • Support clinical trials and work with investigators.

  • Give presentations to doctors and medical experts in a non-promotional setting.

 Educational Qualification 

  • MBBS or MD degree that is recognised globally

 Skills Required 

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Strong people skills and analytical skills.

  • Good presentation and communication skills.

  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to handle many tasks at once in a fast paced setting.
