 Job Summary  

This job is part of Accentures Healthcare Management group, which works with Life Sciences Regulatory Operations. As a Health Operations New Associate you will help hospitals, clinics and health care centers with office tasks. Your job will involve getting papers ready, for regulatory reports and handling digital submissions. You will work with a lot of guidance following the directions given by your team and your manager.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Support healthcare knowledge based tasks within the Healthcare Management team.

  • Help run day to day operations for hospitals, outpatient clinics, and hospices.

  • Assist budgeting, research, education, policies, and quality assurance activities.

  • Harmonize documents and resources needed for global application filings.

  • Manage and process electronic submissions, including original filings and lifecycle updates.

  • Process CMCs, advertisement promotions, amendments, annual reports, and SPL filings.

  • Solve problems using set guidelines and previous examples.

  • Work with your team and direct supervisor on a daily basis.

  • Carefully follow the instructions given for each task.

  • Contribute as an individual within a set, narrow scope of work.

  • Be ready to work in rotational shifts, if required.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university (any graduate degree is accepted).

 Skills Required 

  • 0 - 1 year of experience is required.

  • Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn, life sciences regulatory operations.

  • Good attention to detail while managing documents and submissions.

  • Excellent communication skills help to work well within a team.

  • Follow instructions carefully and work under supervision.
