 Job Summary  

This hybrid role sits within Investigator Management Solutions, part of the Global Support Services team, based in Hyderabad. As an IMS GSS Specialist I, you will support invoice processing through data entry, tracking, and case management tasks. Reviewing invoices will be a part of the job. Checking each invoice for accuracy is important. Updating systems will happen after each check. Handling case related queries is another duty. Resolving discrepancies will need collaboration, with internal teams.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Enter and manage invoice related data through internal trackers and systems.

  • Review invoices and validate information for accuracy.

  • Update records in internal systems, following required guidelines and SLAs.

  • Process data in line with established service level agreements.

  • Handle case related queries and maintain clear documentation.

  • Track and manage assigned work queues.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies quickly.

  • Draft clear, professional emails to support case communication.

  • Maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Any graduate degree is accepted for this role.

 Skills Required 

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in data entry, invoice processing or back office operations. This experience has taught me to be efficient and reliable.

  • Verbal communication skills and strong written communication skills.

  • Good attention to detail and good accuracy.

  • Basic analytical. Basic problem solving skills.

  • Proficiency, in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Strong reporting. Strong documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting.
