Job Summary  

This position is for a junior associate. The junior associate will be involved in researching and providing information to clients and project teams and will help leaders and practice areas by gathering, arranging, and distributing knowledge. The role covers insight building, SharePoint support, and material preparation for project kick-offs. A passion for the life sciences industry helps a lot here.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Take an active part in researching and delivering information to clients and project teams.

  • Support leaders, project teams, and practice areas by collecting, organizing, and sharing firm knowledge.

  • Build insights and apply clear frameworks to unstructured information.

  • Share information on multiple therapy areas with project teams across the globe.

  • Help teams prepare materials for project kick-offs and meetings.

  • Maintain, manage, and grow the firm's knowledge infrastructure and update knowledge assets.

  • Work with firm members and consultants worldwide to support their project needs.

  • Support maintenance work on the company's intranet built on Microsoft SharePoint.

  • Update process-related SOPs for various functions.

  • Use basic SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Workflows to build helpful tools and applications.

Educational Qualification 

  • An MBA or a short-term non-clinical course in healthcare data management, a master's or bachelor's degree in pharma, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field is a plus for this role.

Skills Required 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
