Job Summary 

This role is based in Thane and focuses on managing simple monitoring tasks under minimal supervision. As a Lab Cent Project Coordinator, you will handle centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects. Your work will include updating databases, managing documentation, and supporting audit readiness. The role also involves completing required training and following up on pending tasks with related teams.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the assigned monitoring tasks completing them on time and with precision.

  • Conduct monitoring activities working well even with little supervision.

  • Finish all required training on schedule taking both instructor‑led sessions.

  • Update the active databases adding details about the participating sites.

  • Provide access setup for the Infosario Portal.

  • Ensure timely completion of documents needed for kit shipment, such as packing lists and import permits.

  • Follow up with related teams to ensure patient lab reports are released on time.

  • Keep documentation ready and available for real time audit checks.

  • Take part in process improvement activities within the department.

Educational Qualification 

  • A High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

Skills Required 

  • 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Basic understanding of systems and procedures, gained through education or prior work.

  • Ability to follow all required company standards.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good command of English.
