 Job Summary  

This role is based in Santacruz, Mumbai, within Lupin's medical services team. As Manager, Medical Services, you will act as the medical expert for assigned therapy areas and products. You will check that product claims and promotional material are scientifically correct, answer questions from doctors, and work with marketing and commercial teams. The role supports clinical studies and medical education.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the medical expert for assigned therapy areas and products.

  • Make sure product claims, promotional material, and medical messages are scientifically correct.

  • Work with the Marketing and Commercial teams on product launches, line extensions, and lifecycle plans.

  • Support clinical evidence generation for your products.

  • Answer scientific questions from doctors, internal teams, and field teams.

  • Build good relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical societies.

  • Review promotional material, training content, publications, and medical education programs for medical, ethical, and regulatory compliance.

  • Support clinical studies, investigator initiated research, and post marketing surveillance.

  • Share scientific evidence with doctors through medical education work.

 Educational Qualification 

A medical degree such as MBBS, often with an MD in Pharmacology or a similar subject.

 Skills Required 

  • 6 - 12 years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Strong medical and scientific knowledge in your therapy area.

  • Ability to review medical claims for accuracy and compliance.

  • Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
