Job Summary
WNS is hiring a Pharma Analytics and Insights Specialist to support drug company clients. You will study market and pharma data, find key trends, and turn them into clear reports, work with Excel and PowerPoint to share insights with the team and clients. You will also manage tasks, meet deadlines, and keep the quality of your work high.
Key Responsibilities
Study pharma market data and find useful insights.
Prepare high quality reports and presentations for clients.
Work on market size, disease area, and product profile projects.
Plan and manage projects and tell the story clearly with data.
Keep good relations with clients and share progress openly.
Help improve work steps and project flows.
Support forecasting work when needed.
Meet deadlines and manage daily workload well.
Educational Qualification
BTech, BE, M.Pharm, or any postgraduate degree.
3 to 8 years of experience in life sciences, healthcare analytics, or commercial data analysis is preffered.
Skills Required
Advanced Excel skills.
Good knowledge of the pharma field.
Experience in analytics and market intelligence.
Experience with IQVIA data is a big plus.
Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Forecasting experience is a plus.
Strong project management skills.
Clear communication with clients and team members.
Salary Structure
The average salary for a Pharma Analytics and Insights Specialist in India ranges from ₹6 Lakhs to ₹14 Lakhs per year.
