The Project Associate job in Hyderabad is a role that helps with daily tasks at Syneos Health. This Project Associate will handle project paperwork talk to teams and make sure all work is done on time. Since this Project Associate role works a 3rd-shift schedule from 8 PM to 5 AM IST you must be okay with working at night. You will also work with teams, in countries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the project activities that are given and make sure that all the tasks are done on time.
Keep project records, trackers, files and all the necessary documents correct and up to date.
Talk to the teams inside the company to help the project run smoothly.
Watch the progress of the project. Tell the right people if there are delays, problems or things that could go wrong.
Help get ready and check project reports, presentations and other documents that are needed.
Stick to the company rules, quality standards and the specific requirements for each project.
Help the team with the work and other tasks that are part of the projects they are working on.
Handle things at once while making sure everything is done right and on time.
Work with people from countries and change how you talk to fit different times and ways of working.
Find problems in the project and help come up with ways to solve them when needed.
Take part in meetings. Give quick updates about the work and things that need to be done.
Work from 8 PM, to 5 AM IST to help the project work around the world.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelors degree or similar schooling ideally in life sciences, healthcare, business or a related area.
Must have 1-2 years of experience.
Must have knowledge, with Clinical Trial Systems, CTMS, TMF, PDC (Project Delivery Center) SOPNet, etc.
Must have knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Skills Required
Strong organization and time‑management skills are needed to handle tasks and meet due dates.
Candidates must speak clearly with both external stakeholders and work well with a team.
Attention to detail is essential for keeping project records and documentation.
Being good, at Microsoft Office and project‑management tools is useful.
Adaptability, problem‑solving skill, accountability and a willingness to work the 8 PM–5 AM IST shift are also needed.
