Job Summary 

The Project Manager, Respiratory will oversee clinical study activities from planning through completion, coordinating clients and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and operational activities while maintaining strong client relationships. The role focuses on ensuring efficient study execution, customer satisfaction, quality standards, and successful delivery of respiratory clinical trial solutions.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead respiratory clinical studies through planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout while ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Translate client requirements into clear deliverables and coordinate activities across internal operational teams.

  • Maintain essential study documentation, records, and project communications throughout the study lifecycle.

  • Coordinate study equipment and materials, including distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and proper archiving.

  • Monitor timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

  • Manage study finances, including budgets, forecasts, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation.

  • Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, resolve operational issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.

  • Build effective collaboration among clients, vendors, investigators, and internal teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Support client meetings, negotiations, business development activities, team training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Contribute to process improvements, departmental projects, and quality-focused initiatives that enhance overall project delivery.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  •  1–4 years of project management experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, medical devices, life sciences, or related fields.

  • Basic understanding of clinical research and the drug development process.

  • Strong skills in project planning, organization, time management, and prioritization.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.

  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and project scope management.

  • Ability to identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
