 Job Summary 

The Project Support Coordinator Language Specialist role is an office job in Bengaluru. You will help run global clinical research studies and keep trackers, files and reports up to date. You will use your English and one more language, such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese, to support teams and sites. You will also help with meetings and notes.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Help set up and maintain clinical research studies and manage trackers, documents, meetings and reports.

  • Work in systems such as CTMS and eTMF and keep all study records correct.

  • Help collect, prepare and send Investigator Site File and Pharmacy binder materials, and study supplies, to sites.

  • Support study translation materials and check their quality when asked.

  • Join kick off meetings and take notes when needed.

  • Complete the study tasks assigned to you as listed in the task matrix.

  • Use your second language to talk clearly with teams and sites in other countries.

  • Share updates with the project team on time and raise problems early.

 Educational Qualification 

  • A bachelor's degree in life science, languages or a related field is usually needed.

 Skills Required 

  • Good English and one more language from German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese.

  • Strong planning and organising skills.

  • Careful attention to small details in documents.

  • Simple and clear writing and speaking skills.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
