Job Summary 

As a member of our team you will have the chance to provide project coordination and safety assistance on both international and local initiatives. Project coordination and safety are parts of what we do and I am proud to offer you this chance to be at the heart of them. As a PV Coordinator you will manage non-serious adverse events, answer protocol questions, review physician diagnostics, oversee Data and Safety Monitoring Boards and help in Endpoint Adjudication Committees. You will work closely with Safety Specialists and Medical Monitors build relationships, with internal teams, run projects write contract papers lead meetings and carefully check all incoming safety documents. I believe you will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work on pharmacovigilance activities. Make sure the safety tasks that are given are done correctly and on time.

  • Help with handling, checking and following up on Individual Case Safety Reports.

  • Do the intake of cases enter data assess the cases and make the safety records.

  • Check the information about reactions to make sure it is complete, correct and matches the rules.

  • Help with coding using the right lists like MedDRA and WHO Drug.

  • Do follow-up work to get any more safety information from the right places.

  • Help get case stories and safety reports ready and check them for quality.

  • Make sure all pharmacovigilance work follows the rules the GVP requirements and the clients own ways.

  • Keep the safety computer systems tracking records and other needed pharmacovigilance papers correct.

  • Find any problems with the cases, quality problems and possible rule issues. Tell the right people about them.

  • Work with the people inside the company the clients and others to fix questions, about cases and meet the project deadlines.

  • Help with checking quality making processes better and finishing the pharmacovigilance work on time.

Qualifications 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine or another related healthcare field.

  • Understanding of pharmacovigilance principles, drug safety processes and reporting of events.

  • Familiar with ICSR processing, safety documentation, medical terminology and applicable regulatory rules.

  • Work accurately with safety data. Meet set quality standards and deadlines.

  • Verbal communication skills with careful attention to detail.

Preferred Skills 

  • Pharmacovigilance regulations, GVP guidelines and standard operating procedures.

  • Familiar with MedDRA coding and safety database systems.

  • Have organizational and problem‑solving skills.

  • Manage assignments. Prioritize tasks well.

  • Work well with clients, colleagues and other teams.

  • Skilled, in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
