Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist position is located at Sanofi’s manufacturing site in Verna Industrial Estate, Salcete, Goa. The professional will assist in the management of pharmaceutical quality by coordinating quality systems, reviewing batch manufacturing records, managing deviations and corrective actions, and verifying compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor data integrity, audit trails, user access, document storage, and archival and retrieval procedures.
Coordinate process, cleaning, transport, and computerized-system validation tasks, together with equipment and site qualification needs.
Maintain the Site Master File and support the preparation and management of the site’s qualification and validation master plans.
Review master batch records, executed batch records, and logbooks to confirm that manufacturing documentation meets quality requirements.
Conduct production line-clearance activities, in-process inspections, routine sampling and other shop-floor quality checks.
Support batch release efforts and react to questions from Qualified Persons (QPs).
Review calibration documentation and co-ordinate quality related activities with engineering, quality control and other appropriate departments.
Follow health, safety and environment policies, identify unsafe conditions and help to continuously improve the workplace.
Participate in safety training and encourage working practices that help to reduce risks in the workplace.

Skills Required
Understanding of pharmaceutical quality assurance systems and GMP standards.
Reviewing batch manufacturing and packaging documentation experience.
Knowledge of IPQA procedures and quality checks at the production line.
Knowledge of change controls, deviation investigations, CAPA and market complaint handling.
Knowledge of quality documentation, validation and qualification practices.
Ability to examine and manage SOPs, logbooks, training records, and regulated documents.
