Job Summary
The post is headquartered in Bengaluru and is responsible for managing product quality complaints, as part of Teva’s Quality Assurance Services efforts. This includes taking and logging complaints, co-ordinating sample returns, assisting the QAS Intake team, managing high-profile complaints, assisting with audits and inspections and helping to find opportunities to improve compliance, efficiency and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, log, track and coordinate the return of samples linked to product quality complaints received by phone, email and online.
Support the QAS Intake team and be a subject matter expert on complaint intake processes and complaint scenarios.
Ensure complaint record handling is in accordance with applicable Quality Assurance Services SOPs and work instructions. Coordinate with review and closing teams as appropriate.
Review end-of-day complaints for high-profile and ensure proper reasons and documentation are captured.
Support QAS continuous improvement efforts, assist with audits and inspections, give data for complaints and deviations and help discover ways to automate and prevent defects
Voice-process tasks – handling incoming and outgoing calls with Teva consumers.
Educational Qualifications
B.Pharm
M.Pharm
Skills Required
1-4 years of total experience in managing complaints.
Understanding of product quality complaint and adverse event protocols.
Knowledge of data integrity principles.
Knowledge of US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is a plus but not a must.
Knowledge of TrackWise is a plus, but not essential.
Ability to work on permanent night shifts and handle client contacts.
Salary Structure
The average salary of a Regulatory Affairs Executive in India ranges between ₹4.5 Lakhs to ₹7 Lakhs per year.
