 Job Summary  

This role sits within the Bioanalytical Operations department, based in Ahmedabad. As a Research Associate, you will develop and validate bioanalytical methods for assigned projects. Your work will include processing samples, operating LC MS or MS instruments, and preparing method SOPs. The role also involves close compliance with GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines, along with OECD GLP principles.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for assigned projects.

  • Process and analyze samples according to project requirements.

  • Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot LC MS or MS and other analytical instruments.

  • Prepare draft SOPs and method specific SOPs, following approved plans and protocols.

  • Ensure training on relevant SOPs and documents before starting related tasks.

  • Ensure effective implementation of GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards.

  • Check instrument labels and confirm logbooks are complete and accurate.

  • Ensure instrument calibrations are completed before their due dates.

  • Follow OECD GLP principles across all bioanalytical activities.

 Educational Qualification 

  • M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or MSc degree.

 Skills Required 

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical operations.

  • Strong hands on experience with LC MS or MS instruments.

  • Good understanding of GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

  • Strong documentation and SOP writing skills.

  • Good attention to detail during sample processing and analysis.

  • Strong understanding of instrument calibration and maintenance practices.
