Job Summary 

As a Safety and PV Coordinator based in Gurugram, you will support drug safety and pharmacovigilance work. As a Safety and PV Coordinator, you will help process adverse event reports and keep safety records accurate and on time, handle case data entry, tracking, and basic reporting support for clients. Good attention to detail and clear communication are key to success in this job.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Receive and log adverse event reports from clinical trials and other sources.

  • Enter safety data into the safety database carefully to ensure accuracy.

  • Review each case to make sure it is complete and flag any missing information.

  • Assist in preparing safety reports for clients and regulators on time as required.

  • Track the status of each case. Keep all project files current and organized.

  • Support quality checks and report reviews.

  • Follow SOPs, company rules, and pharmacovigilance guidelines at all times.

  • Help with audits and inspection preparation when needed.

Educational Qualification 

  • A degree in pharmacy, life sciences, nursing, or a related field is usually needed for this role.

  • Equal experience, skills, or education may also be considered.

Skills Required 

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.

  • Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting.

  • Clear written and spoken communication.

  • Good computer skills, including MS Office.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow set procedures.
