Job Summary
The Sample Management Assistant supports the senior sample management team with administrative and coordination activities. The role involves maintaining accurate sample records, organizing documentation, updating databases, coordinating sample-related processes, and ensuring information is handled efficiently. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, timely communication, and adherence to established quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct formal audits of sample-related protocols, specifications, methods, and project documents within the LIMS.
Maintain and manage technical sample management information accurately in the LIMS system.
Provide sample entry instructions to the Sample Administration team for newly received samples.
Communicate directly with clients through email to address sample-related requirements and queries.
Coordinate with Project Management, Business Development, and Technical teams to complete assigned activities effectively.
Provide regular updates to the supervisor regarding task progress, project status, and any pending issues.
Education/Experience (BMQ):
A master’s degree in science field (M. Sc / M. Pharm), with 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
