Job Summary
This role is for a Senior Central Monitor I, working in a hybrid setup in Hyderabad. The person will review patient data to find safety concerns, protocol deviations, and data quality issues across study sites. The role also covers site data quality trends, KRI dashboards, and clear summaries for CRAs. A strong understanding of risk-based quality management is needed.
Key Responsibilities
Review the study protocol and make sure to understand the main data, the process, the safety, and the data quality risks.
Look at patient data listings and dashboards to check if patients meet the requirements and to find any protocol deviations.
Identify any patient safety concerns, data quality problems, and any missing or strange data.
Examine site factors that might impact safety and data quality, like protocol deviations and pharmacovigilance issues.
Tell the project team about any issues immediately and help create action plans.
Write queries, protocol deviations, and action items in the right systems for sites and team members.
Check vendor systems to confirm the study drug was given as per protocol and that lab work and eTMF records are complete and current.
Understand the central monitoring scope, budgeted hours, and timelines for your assigned work.
Manage patient and site-level tasks set in the clinical or central monitoring plans.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities with guidance from the Lead CRA or Central Monitoring Lead.
Check site data quality, risks, trends, and operational performance, and share the findings with CRAs for action planning.
Use KRI dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to turn data trends into clear and useful summaries.
Educational Qualification
A bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field is usually needed.
3 or more years of clinical research or monitoring experience is usually expected at a senior level.
Skills Required
Good understanding of Risk-Based Quality Management.
Experience in patient-level data review and analysis.
Strong data analytics skills.
Ability to spot risks, safety signals, and efficacy trends early.
Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines.
Skill with KRI dashboards and reporting tools.
Clear communication to raise issues, write queries, and share findings.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Structure
