 Job Summary  

This remote role in India sits in the Consulting team at Syneos Health. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with leading life sciences companies to solve tough strategy and business problems in Medical Affairs. You will lead work streams, study data, and turn findings into clear advice for clients. The role also involves building presentations and running client workshops.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead work streams across strategy, organization, capability building, evidence generation, transformation, and launch readiness projects.

  • Solve client business problems by forming ideas and testing them with facts.

  • Run studies that use numbers and interviews and then turn the results into advice for the client and for the client team.

  • Build level deliverables like presentations, strategy frameworks, business cases and workshop materials that the client will use.

  • Support client meetings, workshops and talks with stakeholders so the client feels heard.

  • Work with teams, from fields to deliver high quality consulting projects that the client will value.

  • Manage your workload so that goals and deadlines are met and adapt when priorities change for the client.

  • Understand the project roles and how your work fits the client contract so the client sees the big picture.

  • Help manage day to day client relationships with close attention to detail.

 Educational Qualification 

  • A graduate degree in business or life sciences is desired.

 Skills Required 

  • Experience in management consulting, life sciences consulting, healthcare consulting, pharma strategy, or a similar client facing job.

  • About 5 to 8 years of experience is desired.

  • Candidate should have a background in life sciences or healthcare consulting or advisory work.

  • Strong problem solving skills, including making sense of unclear business questions.

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for building senior level materials.

  • Ability to handle many work streams and stakeholder groups at once.

  • Ability to explain subjects in a way that everyone can understand whether they are technical experts or not.

  • Excellent abilities in looking at the market doing research and discovering information.

  • Previous experience, in Medical Affairs, clinical work, real-world evidence, health economics or commercial strategy is an advantage.

  • Willingness to learn things to work as part of a team and to get things done.
