Job Summary
This position is part of EVERSANAs Compliance team focusing on medical information content in therapy areas. As a Senior Medical Information Writer, you will create accurate content, including response documents and training materials. You will handle the content lifecycle from research to final review. The job also requires working with Medical, Legal and Regulatory teams to make sure the output is of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
Keep accurate, evidence-based medical information content and documents.
Handle the content lifecycle from research to final document approval.
Be the content owner in document management systems such as Veeva Vault.
Conduct quality checks, peer reviews and reference validation on all work.
Manage translation requests and work with translation partners.
Participate in client meetings to provide input and update on projects.
Help create and improve SOPs, templates and style guides.
Make sure all materials are scientifically balanced and fully compliant.
Identify quality issues early. Help fix them quickly.
Keep up to date with industry standards. Help improve processes.
Work with medical writers and creative teams across the company.
Support diversity, equity and inclusion through teamwork.
Educational Qualification
PharmD, M.Pharm, M.S. Pharm, PhD, or MD.
Skills Required
At least 2 years of experience in medical information writing and content development.
Written, spoken and presentation communication skills.
Ability to work well with teams and management levels.
Knowledge of AMA style guide and clinical research principles.
Knowledge of ICMJE, GPP, PRISMA, STROBE, or CONSORT publishing guidelines is a plus.
Strong editing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Acrobat.
Experience with literature search tools such as PubMed, Ovid, or Embase.
Familiarity with reference management tools such as EndNote or Mendeley.
Good understanding of regulatory and Medical Information review requirements.
Strong project management. A focus on results.
Salary Structure
The estimated average salary for a Senior Medical Information Writer at EVERSANA in India ranges from ₹12 Lakhs – ₹13 Lakhs per year.
