 Job Summary  

This hybrid role sits within Investigator Management Solutions, based in Gurugram. As a Site Grant Analyst I, you will manage investigator budgets, benchmarking, and site contracting processes for clinical projects. Your work will include developing and reviewing grant budgets, along with country budget templates. The role also involves close coordination with sponsors, legal, finance, and clinical operations teams to support fair, compliant budget negotiations.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage investigator budgets, benchmarking, and site contracting processes.

  • Develop, review, and update investigator grant budgets and country budget templates.

  • Ensure budget compliance with sponsor requirements and fair market value standards.

  • Collaborate with sponsors, legal, finance, and clinical operations teams on negotiations.

  • Validate budgets using internal and external benchmarking data.

  • Maintain budget documentation, status reports, and project tracking systems.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support site budgeting goals.
