 Job Summary  

This remote role supports Parexels Quality System across technology-related functions. As a Technology Quality Specialist I, the Technology Quality Specialist I will help design and review. Maintain quality frameworks for validation and compliance work. The Technology Quality Specialist I will support project teams with technology validation, risk assessments and audit activities. The role also involves acting as a quality ambassador keeping communication between teams and customers.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a contact and support for the Parexel Quality System.

  • Help build and improve the quality framework for technology validation.

  • Support the review of SOPs, policies and related quality documents.

  • Help develop and improve training programs tied to infrastructure and change control.

  • Support project teams with validation planning and risk assessments.

  • Help identify risks and support related mitigation plans.

  • Support third-party vendor audits and validation package reviews.

  • Assist with technology related quality issue management and root cause analysis.

  • Support the Change Control Board with technology quality reviews.

  • Help plan and coordinate audit and inspection activities.

  • Support the collation and finalization of audit responses.

  • Provide input on quality and regulatory expectations for technology systems.

  • Support risk management processes aligned with industry standards.

  • Assist with reviewing proposals and requests for information.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Degree in Technology, Biological Science, Pharmacy, or another health related field.

 Skills Required 

  • 2 - 3 years of experience.

  • Entry-level experience in Computer Technology Quality and Compliance, including CSV or CSA.

  • Understanding of clinical drug development phases and GxP-regulated environments.

  • Working knowledge of FDA, EU and ICH guidelines related to system validation.

  • Basic understanding of GAMP 5 principles, including AI-enabled systems.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality-driven processes.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Ability to work while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
