 Job Summary  

The Associate Analyst will support Quality Operations activities mainly handling Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR). The Associate Analyst collects information from systems and external suppliers, compiles and interprets quality data checks reports for completeness and accuracy and draws conclusions about product quality. The Associate Analyst will also maintain APQR schedules, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing sites track approvals manage documentation and ensure archived records meet timelines.

Key  Responsibilities 

  • Support the preparation and completion of Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).

  • Collect reports and quality information needed for product evaluations.

  • Extract data from systems and external sources.

  • Compile supplier APQR information into predefined templates.

  • Consolidate product quality data.

  • Review APQR reports for accuracy, completeness and consistency.

  • Prepare conclusions based on the compiled product-quality information.

  • Update the APQR schedule.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing sites when required.

  • Follow up with suppliers and external laboratories for pending documents.

  • Communicate delays, to stakeholders and Quality Assurance Managers.Track APQR activities from distribution through approval.

  • Update approved APQR information in designated systems.

  • Support Country Quality Review activities by compiling and interpreting data.

  • Submit completed Country Quality Reviews to Quality teams for approval.

  • Maintain archival of approved quality-review documentation.

  • Ensure assigned activities are completed within established timelines and quality standards.

Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or another relevant technical discipline.

  • Master’s degree in a related scientific discipline may be advantageous.

  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology Quality Assurance/Quality Control is beneficial.

  • Candidates should have an understanding of GxP requirements and pharmaceutical quality processes.
