Job Summary  

The Scientific Communications & Medical Information Analyst will turn scientific data into accurate, clear, balanced and compliant medical information for healthcare professionals. Based in Bengaluru this role includes creating and updating content responding to medical inquiries about US products conducting literature searches reviewing evidence and working with global and US teams.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Create, review. Maintain scientific and medical information content.

  • Prepare responses for US products and localized communication materials.

  • Respond to medical information requests with correct, balanced and timely details.

  • Perform literature. Assess scientific evidence critically.

  • Ensure citations, copyright rules, medical accuracy and scientific integrity.

  • Use information and content platforms like GMIP Inquiry, Vault MedComms, PromoMats and AIMI.

  • Build expertise in assigned therapeutic areas, medicines and diagnostics.

  • Work closely with scientific, regulatory, commercial and global teams.

  • Manage workstreams to meet quality and time goals.

  • Support transformation by applying AI and new technologies to improve content and response workflows.

Educational Qualification 

  • Advanced scientific qualification such as Pharm.D, MD, PhD or equivalent.

  • Pharm.D is preferred for this role.

  • Knowledge of medicine healthcare systems, medical information and scientific literature is helpful.

Skills Required 

  • Strong scientific and medical writing skills.

  • Written and spoken communication abilities.

  • Ability to understand and simplify science.

  • Skilled in conducting literature searches and assessing evidence.

  • Knows how information works and understands Medical Affairs operations.

  • Aware of compliance standards.

  • Strong in project management, prioritization and organization.
