Job Summary
The Associate- Clinical Outcomes Assessment role helps with research and consulting projects inside Parexel Consulting. The job means conducting interviews looking at results giving work to clients keeping project records and working with project teams. Working under Project Leads and technical experts the Associate- Clinical Outcomes Assessment makes sure work is quality and, on time while learning more about clinical outcomes assessment methods and consulting practices. I enjoy learning methods.
Responsibilities
Support research and consulting tasks promptly. With quality.
Conduct. Analyze the information carefully to find key points.
Review interview. Turn observations into clear actionable insights.
Use established COA consulting methods to finish project tasks.
Prepare client reports, presentations and other project materials.
Maintain project records. Help with general office duties.
Collaborate closely with Project Leads, technical specialists and the rest of the team.
Build relationships, with colleagues and clients as needed.
Contribute to keeping standards of accuracy, quality and client satisfaction.
Participate in learning, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualification
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Psychology, Social Sciences, Public Health or a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in qualitative interviews and data analysis.

You need to be very good at research and data interpretation.
Having good critical-thinking skills will help you when you evaluate research findings.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
