 Job Summary  

This role is based in Hyderabad, within Sanofi Business Operations, supporting scientific writers on publication and medical education projects. As an Associate Project Specialist, you will provide project management support to ensure each deliverable is completed on time and to a high standard. You will handle communication with stakeholders, track project risks, and support submissions across global business units and products.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the management of assigned publications or medical education content, within the agreed budget.

  • Work closely with scientific communication and medical content teams for smooth project delivery.

  • Start and update submissions based on feedback and required comments.

  • Support the writer with communication between internal and external stakeholders.

  • Track the progress of activities, including spotting and managing risks and issues.

  • Help follow up on outstanding tasks until they are complete.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with the medical scientific community for your assigned area.

  • Help develop tools, technology, and processes that improve quality and output.

 Educational Qualification 

  • University degree level, preferably in science.

  • A postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar subject is a plus.

 Skills Required 

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in scientific writing, project management, or pharma communications.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team.

  • Good project management skills.

  • Experience in scientific or medical writing and communications.

  • Pharma industry experience, including therapy area knowledge or publication submission work, is a plus.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
