 Job Summary  

This is an entry-level job, at Labcorps Bengaluru office. The schedule includes working on different shifts. As a Clinical Publishing Coordinator you will work on clinical investigator manuals, requisitions and other project documents. Your work will follow the rules and required deadlines of the department. The job also involves helping to translate project documents into languages. This position also requires working with other team members so that everything is finished on time.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Adhere closely to the operational procedures, work instructions and guidelines carefully.

  • Finish all required training before the deadlines set.

  • Perform tasks while keeping quality and productivity high.

  • Update clinical investigator manuals, requisitions and other related documents.

  • Make sure all project documentation is correct and done on time. Follow the statement of work requirements.

  • Assist in getting language translations done for the documents that are assigned on time.

  • Get along with team members to make sure the delivery of DP documentation goes smoothly.

  • Escalate issues on time when needed.

  • Take on other duties as assigned by management.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Science.

  • Master's degree in Science is preferred.

 Skills Required 

  • 6 months of experience in clinical research and the industry is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Capability to manage priorities in a fast paced setting.

  • Comfortable using computers and departmental tools.

  • Willingness to put in extra hours, when needed.
